1. About these terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of flashrevisionlab.com. By using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully. You must not break the law, disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate anyone, or prevent others from using the site.
3. Accounts
You must be 13 or over to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person and must not be shared.
If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before taking out a paid plan.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, images, video, notes, questions and mark schemes — belongs to Flash Revision Lab or its licensors. You may use it for your own revision. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or publish it without our written consent.
Past papers and mark schemes are the copyright of the relevant exam board and are provided for revision purposes.
5. Subscriptions and payment
We offer the following plans.

- Paid plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled
- Payment is taken by Stripe. We don't store your card details
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- We may change prices, and will give at least 30 days' notice before a change affects you. Existing subscribers keep their current price until we tell them otherwise
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds. When you subscribe you get access to everything immediately. By subscribing you expressly request that your subscription begins straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once it does.
We don't refund part-months. But if something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, a class didn't run, you signed up by accident — get in touch and we'll sort it out.
7. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. We'll tell you when the trial is ending.
8. Live classes
Live classes run to a published weekly schedule during term time. Recordings are made available afterwards. We may occasionally need to reschedule a class — if we do, we'll give as much notice as we can and the recording will still be provided.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
10. Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or grade.
11. Ending your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shares login details, or redistributes our content. Where we close an account without cause, we'll refund any unused portion of your subscription.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting paying subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
