About Flash Revision Lab

Making GCSE Science revision simple, memorable and fun.

Our story

Our Story

Flash Revision Lab was founded by Neen Sri, a Science educator and graduate of Imperial College London. After university, Neen started his own tutoring company, helping students with Science and Maths for GCSE and A Levels. Many of his students shared the same frustration — school lessons were hard to follow, difficult to concentrate in, and even harder to remember.

Determined to change this, Neen developed a unique teaching style that made learning simple, memorable, and fun. In 2023, he launched a TikTok page called Flash Revision Lab, using fast-paced videos with sharp visuals and colourful animations to explain complex topics quickly and clearly. Within just two months, the page had grown to over 60,000 followers.

Neen began hosting live classes on TikTok, reaching thousands of students at once with his creative, high-energy teaching methods. From there, he built a full online platform, offering students clear revision notes, vivid diagrams, and interactive quizzes — all carefully aligned to the GCSE specification.

Today, Flash Revision Lab is one of the fastest-growing EdTech platforms for GCSE Science. With over 170,000 followers, 50 million views, and a rapidly expanding user base of tens of thousands of students, FRL runs weekly live classes, offers structured revision courses, and continues to grow as a trusted learning hub for students across the UK.

Our mission

Our Mission

At Flash Revision Lab, our mission is to make GCSE Science revision not just accessible, but truly effective and enjoyable for every student.

For students, we create engaging, fast-paced content that boosts confidence and makes revision feel less overwhelming. Our live sessions, short videos, colourful visuals, and memory techniques are designed to help even the most stressed pupils feel in control of their learning — while building a sense of community with like-minded learners.

But we go beyond academics. We focus on creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel empowered to believe in themselves and their potential. By promoting a growth mindset, we help students build confidence, resilience, and motivation — not just for their GCSEs, but for their future.

For parents, we deliver measurable academic results — often helping students improve by 3-4 grades. We don't just teach theory — we help students truly understand and remember it, using real-life analogies and creative memory techniques that stick. And with our structured, high-quality resources led by trusted tutors, FRL offers outstanding value — often 10x more affordable than traditional private tutoring, without compromising on quality or impact. We bridge the gap between student engagement and parental confidence — giving both what they need to succeed.

Why it works

Why it Works

At Flash Revision Lab, we don't believe in passive learning. Our methods are designed to keep students actively engaged, motivated, and consistently improving. We combine three key elements that drive real results:

Engagement through design

Our content is built for the way students learn today — short, sharp videos with bold visuals, relatable examples, and clear explanations. These aren't dull lectures; they're designed to grab attention and keep it.

Consistency and Community

From weekly live sessions to structured video courses, students are supported with a routine that builds confidence. Our platform creates a safe, anonymous space for students to revise, interact, and grow — alongside thousands of others on the same journey.

Memory Techniques That Stick

We go beyond simply explaining the theory. We teach students how to remember it — using mnemonics, storytelling, and analogies that connect complex science to everyday life. This helps students retain information longer and recall it more easily in exams.

These methods don't just entertain — they deliver progress. That's why so many of our students see a 3-4 grade improvement and, more importantly, start to believe in their own ability to succeed.
