How the live classes work, and how they are kept safe
- Classes are streamed live. Your child watches, and is never seen or heard. There is no webcam and no microphone.
- The only way to take part is the class chat, which is moderated throughout the lesson. Every message is visible to the moderators.
- Both teachers hold an Enhanced DBS check.
- If your child misses a class, the replay is there. Nothing requires them to be online at a particular moment.

In August 2026 our students sent us 288 of their GCSE grades. Here is what those grades looked like, alongside the published national figures for the same subjects.

Figures as at 23 August 2026. National figures are taken from published 2026 exam statistics for Combined Science, and from Ofqual's 2026 figures for all GCSE entries in England. Mock grades are set by each school, so there is no national comparison for them.

What if they miss a class?
The replay is available straight afterwards and stays up all year. Plenty of students watch every class on replay and never attend live.
Do I need my own account?
No. Your child needs one, you do not. If you would rather pay from your own email address, you can enter it at checkout and receipts will come to you.
How do I cancel?
From the account page, at any time. There is no contract and no notice period.
When do classes run?
Twenty-five weeks of teaching from the start of September through to March, at 7pm. After that the classes turn into exam-focused revision sessions in the run-up to the papers, so the support carries on right through the exam period.
